Is there a list of devices that are non 160x160. The palmos.com hardware
compare page mentions that the Qualcomm screens are 160x192, but that's
about it. Also, apart from this 4:4:4 business, are there any devices using
16-bit formats other than 5:6:5 (as mentioned in the docs):
"For direct color bitmaps, only 16 bits per pixel is supported, 5 bits for
red, 6 bits for green, and 5 bits for blue."
