Even with PilRC Designer, you're using the PilRC compiler for 
CodeWarrior, and it has the limitation of not being able to do square 
buttons either because it converts the RCP file to a Rez file, and for 
forms, Rez isn't more expressive then Constructor, since they both get 
funneled through the PalmRez post linker.

Constructor works well for apps that follow Palm's user interface 
guidelines.  You can do more using user-drawn controls.  PilRC, either 
manually or through an editor like PilRC Designer, is another option, 
but not significantly more powerful.
