Is there any chance of PalmOS releasing a documentation set that includes the OS versions functions are known to be broken on, not just those for which a partially working implementation exists? It's always demoralising to find that the bug you've spent time isolating is in PalmOS and that Palm's response is "Oh yeah, we know about that". I've thought about starting a project to develop this documentation based on knowledge in the development community, but the fact is that Palm's holding all the facts relating to this issue.
