Plus: the current battery voltage, the battery voltage warning
threshold, the battery voltage critical threshold, the battery timeout,

I have absolutely no idea what Jackie is talking about here.  Is there
a secret gadget that each of licensees includes in their branded copy
of the OS that you can add to your apps?  I don't think so, but I
certainly don't know everything.
