Hi. I have encountered a strange problem regarding to the Connection problem between notebook to palm. My client who previously can sync the palm with the notebook but just recently she is not able to do so since i have discovered that when the synchronizing with palm, the message of sychronization do appeare on the desktop but the user name and other information are empty. Eventually it cannot be done and the connection fails. Even so, i have re-installed the PalmDekstop software and the problem still exist. I suspect that the COM1 connection is destroyed. Does anybody have any idea of it????
