Wondering if anyone knows about the values returned by pointer from NetLibConnectionRefresh.
There is an Boolean *allInterfacesUpP which is "Set to true if all connections are open". But the docs don't say if this is before the call, or after it. In other words does it tell you whether there were connections down, which have been brought up. I guess I could figure it out by trial and error, but just thought I'd ask...
