CodeWarrior for Palm OS, Professional, does not include tools for
developing conduits, as they run on the desktop. The Enterprise Edition
tools add our Win32 compiler and a wizard to help you get started with
Palm's Conduit Development Kit and the CW compiler. Normally, CW for
Windows is $600, so this explains part of the price differential.

It also has the Object Library for Palm OS, which is really useful, but
can be bought separately.

The final part of the price different is the various Palm OS database
SDKs. If you're not going to use one of these three solutions and you
already have tools to do conduits, then EE is probably not worth the
added cost over CW Palm OS Pro + a license for POL.
