I was wondering whether anyone knew of a built in method or function, or even a trick or technique, that makes a bitmap smaller or larger, similar to MS Paint if you selected a part of your image with the selector tool, and shrinked it or enlarged it by clicking and dragging on the corner of the selection. Any advice or insight is greatly apprecitated, thanks a lot!
