Naturaly, Neil is correct.

When I said a form must be "full screen width" I meant that it must
appear to take up the full width of the screen -- the OS doesn't
properly handle the case where you have a modal dialog 40W x 20H at
(60, 70), for example.  

The width of a form does not include the border that is added around a
modal dialog.  In my other post on this topic (which is probably beaten
to death, now) I give a formula for the dimensions you should use.
