I am not able to get to the FTP site because of the company firewall. I tried ftp://ftp.metrowerks.com/pub/updates/CWPP8/CW_for_Palm_V8.2_Update.exe. Can you please email me the update? By the way, I have only one copy of CodeWarrior. Did you ever have the demo version of the tools installed on the system? If so, is it still installed? If you have uninstalled the demo, make sure that it is still not listed in Add/Remove Programs under the Control Panel. I would also recommend uninstalling the tools, deleting any files that may be left over on your system, then reinstalling, and finally, applying the 8.2 patch that is available for download from the Metrowerks download site at: http://www.metrowerks.com/MW/Support/Download/default.htm.
