No, I didn't read the release note. I just searched the Release Notes
folder, but nothing for the Constructor. What is the file name?

Have you read the release notes for Constructor? It has a documented
problem with large memory systems, and its up to PalmSource to fix the
program, since they've been the maintainers of it for the last few
years.
