ie: write a little program that generates this from your .prc file.
another technique, probably *much* more easier.. install the pilrc
plugin from neil rhodes, and, use a .rcp that contains:
DATA "mrsc" ID 1000 "helperapp.prc"
and, the pilrc plugin will create the .r file automatically for you.
