Dear SuryaNarayanan,
No specific platform, (Metrowerks Code Warrior would be better ).
Go through the samples (Hardball, etc ) which comes along with the PalmSDK.
Try to learn some techniques like Double Buffering, Offscreen windows, they
are present online. Use certain compression techniques. etc.
