Not exactly true, I've seen whole apps flicker that are graphic intensive. Case in point, Mahjongg.prc, an excellent freeware mahjong game, sadly the whole display flickers on 3.1 and 3.5. If someone knows of the coding methodology error that can lead to this problem, many of us would like to see the remedy. Thanks!
