First off, you should be using the CDK InstallAid routines to install your
conduit.
Secondly, you should post conduit questions to the conduit forum

Have your checked to make sure any and all files your conduit depends on are
available for it to open?  More often than not, a conduit will not appear in
the custom dialog because they failed to load.
A utility like Dependency Walker could help (a MS utility)
