Is there a good introduction anywhere to using the Palm infrared libraries for capturing and transmitting infrared signals..? I've played around with a few applications that can do this (such as OmniRemote and IrMonitor) but have been unable to find much information on how these actually work and so are looking for some good background information on the Palm's infrared capabilities and also perhaps code snippet examples.
