Ben (others): Thanks for your suggestion about moving USBPort.dll (I have version 4.4) into the CW bin directory; solved my problem 99%. That is, CW works great, but still no luck with the Palm Debugger on USB. I went out and bought a $10 RS-232 cable and will give that a whirl, as I do want to use the Palm Debugger from time to time.
