Take the header file for the library.
Build a shared library that implements all of those functions (probably a much larger 
task than you would really want to take on).
Put the shared library prc on the device.  You'll have to give it a different name to 
ensure that it's the one you find when you do a SysLibFind and SysLibLoad.
Go to town.
