um.. it takes me like 2-3 minutes to install prc-tools :)

the largest issue is NOT installing prc-tools, but, installing
cygwin :) thats where most of the problems are. that is not something
for the prc-tools development team to bother about.

but seriously, download cygwin.. select the packages you want
to install. install. wola. it can even be done over a network.
once cygwin is installed correctly, installing prc-tools is just
a simple task of installing the prc-tools package under the cygwin
setup.exe program.

it'll set everything up for you, and, you may have to run one
command (palmdevprep - from memory) to make sure your header
files are all in place.

it takes much longer to purchase CW, wait for a delivery, put the 
CDROM into the drive and running setup. its just built for "idiots"
(ie: anyone) and requires you to click a few buttons. prc-tools 
requires you to think a little bit, or, at least understand the
technologies that are behind it.
