You can run Constructor for Palm OS on your own, separately from the CodeWarrior IDE, since it is a standalone program. The CW installer even gives it its own icon in your Start menu. If you're unable to launch Constructor from one project's .rsrc file but can from the other, its possibly a problem with your File Mappings for the target. Just open the target settings, go to File Mappings, and hit "Factory Settings".
