I won't comment on Ben's assertions, but I think this thread makes a 
pretty good case for John's and other's requests that Palm officially 
brings support for GCC in line with support for CodeWarrior. If what I 
think will happen really happens, we Mac users will be left with GCC 
only for Palm development.

The main problem, as I understand it, is that Palm OS Glue is not 
provided in the latest SDKs in a form usable with GCC. Well, given that 
Palm OS Glue is really just a glue, either Palm should provide an up to 
date build for GCC or maybe we should write one from scratch which does 
exactly the same thing.
