Yes, but the app is specific to my data. The PDB file format is documented. You could write your own routine to read and convert your data. Its isn't very hard. Writing to a PDB can be tricky, but reading is easy. Your other option is to write a conduit (but from the tone of your question it doesn't seem a likely solution for your situation)
