Hello
you cannot make an application for runing all hand
handled device because every hand held device runs on
their own processor
Example
Pocket PC having 4 Types of Processors
1.ARM
2.MIPS
3.SH3
4.x86em(emurator)
But You can use MobilVB for runing an applicaton on
both Pocketpc and palm. It is third party tool. But
every time you need complile with target device
For developing palm application you need to go for
Metro works CodeWarrior IDE or SatForms IDE
palm Can not run exe files
For Pocketpc
eMbeddedVisval Tools 3.0
Visual Studio.NET
