To run a gremlins minimize, you have to start with a crashing gremlins run (that's the .pev file).
Actually, what I like to do is run a gremlins horde with a fairly wide, shallow coverage (say seeds 0 to 100, 10,000 events each). Then I skim through the log and choose the smallest failure cases to run Minimize on. Invoke "minimize" on the corresponding .pev file.
