This is going to be my first attempt to write an application for the Palm OS. A client of mine would like to have the ability to use information contained in an Access database on a windows platform to update the information in the Palm appointment/calendar application. I am currently investigating how to do this. My first thoughts were to use a conduit. Then I thought that I could use the Access info to update the appointment/calendar application on the PC side, sync the appointment/calendar applications and then update the Access database with the any new info from the Palm unit. I would like all this to be triggered by the syncing procedure. Is this possible? Is this a good approach? I would be writing the programs in VB6. Any help and comments would be appreciated.
