I am running Win2000 English with Japanese support installed. I can type in and read Japanese characters in programs such as Excel, Netscape, etc...
In Constructor, I set up a new resource project and have selected Japanese under the prefs panel. However when I type in Japanese characters, I get question marks. Is there something that I have missed or is it even possible to enter in Japanese characters in constructor with an English OS? Any help would most appreciated.
