Instead of one callingWinDrawRectangle followed by WinEraseRectangle, one
can call WinInvertRectangle twice (with the same parameters). The only
inverts the boundary, but it does not erase the interior. This is usually a
better bet, because if the boundary is non-empty then it is likely that the
interior is also non-empty.
For a circle of radius r, centre (x,y) the code would be:
RectangleType R1 = {x-r, y-r, 2*r, 2*r, r};
RectangleType R2 = {x-r, y-r, 2*r-2, 2*r-2, r-1};
WinInvertRectangle(R1, r);
WinInvertRectangle(R2, r-1);
