Ladies and Gentlemen [or not]:

I run Palm OS 5.1 Simulator on Virtual PC on my Mac OS X 10.2 [my G.d, it's a
pain in the butt].

I have good reasons to believe that FrmGetActiveField() is defective in the
above setting. Is this known?

Basically the problem is that it returns NULL even when there is a focused
editable etc. field.

I run FrmGetActiveField() not in an normally launched application but via a
system notification (sysAppLaunchCmdNotify & sysNotifyMenuCmdBarOpenEvent).

If I take the published OS source code of FrmGetActiveField() from OS 4.0,
compile it, and use it [as myFrmGetActiveField()], then all works perfectly.

BTW, my stuff works perfectly in both OS 3.5 and 4.0.

I think I have enough evidence here that something is wrong.

Any suggestions?
