Short version: should work.

Last time I used Appforge, it simply saved your defined DB record structure
directly as an individual record in your PDB.  Plus Appforge published the
format they save the data chunk as so you would be able to write a regular
conduit or access the PDB with another non-Appforge application.  Read the
Appforge docs, it should help.  Also check their website for any additional
info.
