Hi, Dave, thanks for the pointer, I have another question, I am using the Kyocera 6035 and Palm MdmDial function to connect to the remote site, it works fine except the fact that there is no audible dialing sound(actually there is a small click sound, but after that it is complete silence), I tried everything I could think of 1) Set the volume in MdmInfoType to default or High 2) Set the sound setting in Preference panel to High 3) Add initial dial string "ATL3 M2",
