Regarding the PluggedIn Program, the Palm web site says this program "is designed exclusively for developers of hardware and expansion solutions for Palm handhelds". I can't see what this has got to do with finding out the characters for the navigation button. (And if I had a Tungsten T emulation environment that worked natively on my Mac I could work it out myself.)
