Are you using Handspring's version of POSE? In order to transfer Handspring ROM images, you must obtain Handspring's version of POSE. It is available for download from Handspring's developer web site at: http://www.handspring.com/developers/tech_pose.jhtml. In addition, current versions of this POSE do not support USB connections for direct ROM transfer.
