Unlocking the handle in the middle of playback can cause system crashes, etc. My question: How do I know (programmatically) when the wave has finished playing? Right now, it's a guessing game for me, but I think this may explain why I get sound "clipping" and other artifacts when I try to play waves quickly on OS5 (I'm unlocking handles that are still being used by the OS). Any help would be greatly appreciated! -Robert www.bapsoft.com __________________________________________________ Do you Yahoo!? Yahoo!
