Hi! Your PilRC is a little bit too old. I am using 2.9p10 and it contains a new statement called 'BITMAPFAMILYEX' which allows you to define high density bitmaps. Works well for me, although you have to be careful because of size limitations (all members of one family combined may not exceed 64KB).
