If you never tested the app with the PalmOS 5
Simulator, maybe this is the time to start ;-)
I think there is a good chance that it's a
programming problem, but then the actual problem
description ("he tells me that the program I wrote
for him does not work on this device") isn't very
precise...
You can get the PalmOS 5 Simulator for free from the
PalmSource website.
