Hello Prasad, I can tell you that we struggled with this until just a week or so ago. Using WIndows English Machines I found that if you enter in CP 932 HEX values into Constructor you will get the correct Japanese characters, I don't know where I downloaded the CP 932 to Unicode conversion file but I will be happy to e-mail it to you if you contact me off-list.
Basically what we did was convert the unicode HEX values to CP 932 values and entered in the HEx values into constructor. It was a little awkward but it did the trick. We even came up with a VB app that converted the values to hex so you could just cu tand paste the values in. Let me know and i can send it over. Ed.
