It sounds like the zip they're creating doesn't include the
resource.frk folder.  It might be that they're manually
specifying the Src and Rsc folders and need to include
the rsc\resource.frk folder as well, or that the
resource.frk folder is flagged hidden (CW does this
sometimes) and their zip utility isn't seeing it.
