Firstly, the 1500 shipped with OS 3.0 unless someone re-flashed it to 3.2 If it actually has 3.2, then that's your problem as I don't think Symbol issued an OS 3.2 for the 1500 Simplest solution is to go to Symbol's web site and download an OS update for the 1500 and update the OS to 3.5.
