*smile* Depending on your language religion, you may/may not find this interesting...but there's a Tcl/Tk port to the palm. (http://palm-tcl.sourceforge.net).
As I understand it, you do the development on the PC and it gets compiled and then sent to the Palm. Some people consider the problem space for Perl and Tcl somewhat overlapping. Usually someone who's been hit in the head recently with heavy objects, but still...if that's your bag, baby. (Sorry, just re-watched Austin Powers.) Besides, Microsoft wouldn't release Access for the Palm, they'd now release Access .NET, neh? (Along with the .NET library for the Palm, of course).
