thank Steve,I know the link ,but it is a .exe upgrade tool,the .rom file is build
inside the .exe file,I need the based .rom file,then with FlashUtility tools i can
rebuild the .rom file and my app .prc into a new .rom,so I needn't often reinstall my
app even if the spt1500'battery is used up.
