We plan to have several persons working on our project using CW. They

take advantages of any of the features of OS 5.0? (We want to be
compatable with 3.0 -> 5.0).

Would there be any problems if I purchased 9.0 and they stayed on 8.0?
V9 supports Palm OS 1.0 through 5.1. V9 has a different binary project format from previous versions, but if you export your project as XML, it should be able to be imported into V8 as long as you don't use the new Palm OS 68K linker. V9 has a lot of significant features beyond support for ARM development, and the debugger has been improved quite a bit.

Have you read the article at http://www.hhcenterprise.com/Developer/Issue6/Codewarrior.htm?
