Hello!

Couple of days ago I've paid attention to the method that is used for localization
in "Addresses" program. Instead of creating of overlays developers of this program
put folder called "Localized" into the Rsc folder. "Localized" folder contains more
subfolders which names coincide with well-known locales (such as deDE, itIT, etc.).
Each "locale" folder contains localized .rsrc files. So my questions is: "Is it a
feature of Constructor which "understands" that there is a Localized folder contaning
subfolders with localized resources?". If it is so, then I could create ruRu locale-
folder in my project and forget about overlays. At least, where can I read 'bout this
localization method applied in Addresses?

TIA
