Hi Ben,

I already wrote about my problem two weeks ago, you started helping me but
stopped in the middle (probably holidays).
(I am a bit desperate... - I was supposed to release the Hi Res version of
my application a few days ago)

I am having a problem with the double density bitmaps.
I have updated to SDK 5.0 and to constructor 1.8.
I am working with Codewarrior 6.0.

I have added the a double density bitmap to a bitmap family, in the right
order (double density after normal density), but when I try to compile I get
an error from the linker: "PalmRez Error: tbmf 1000: invalid data structure
version. Compilation halted".

I updated to the SDK 5.0 according to the instructions in the readme file
(manually, since the installer did not recognize the codwarrior
installation) and triple checked everything, and verifies that the Linker is
of version 4.7 (may 2002).

Please help, I ran out of options, and already spent 3 days trying to find
what the problem is.
I have no idea what the problem is -- Constructor 1.8 is responsible for making a valid bitmap family resource. This gets passed as-is by the linker into the .tmp file, and then gets read by PalmRez to make the PRC. Both Constructor for Palm OS and PalmRez are components supplied by PalmSource, and I don't have any special knowledge of how they work WRT high density bitmaps.
