Hello everybody, I'm still dealing with the problem to start hotsync from my application.
I have tried to post e vchrHardCradle keyDown Event but this doesn't work - don't know why. I also have tried to post an appStopEvent immediately after the key down but then I end up in the launcher rather than in hotsync. I now perform a UIAppSwitch to Hotsync which works very well but instead of starting the sync action it comes up with the initial sync screen waiting for the user to press the sync icon on the screen. I realy want the sync action to start immediately (as it does when I press the cradle button). Do I have to pass another launch code? Do I have to pass some special command over to Hotsync? How can I get Hotsync to start immediately the sync action? Here is my present code localID = DmFindDatabase(0,"HotSync"); SysUIAppSwitch(0,localID,sysAppLaunchCmdNormalLaunch,NULL); Anybody with an idea?
