The typical "consumer" palm user isn't downloading/uploading ROM images...

Recently I moved to an M500, and I have been unable to download the image. One thing I noticed is that POSE only seems set offer serial ports in its configuration, while my new synch cable is USB. This seems like a stupid problem, but I haven't been able to figure it out. I've tried looking through the Palm site docs, but still no luck. Thanks in advance.
