It is likely that your application doesn't handle non-global launch codes correctly. This means that its trying to use global variables before its made sure its responding to a launch code where globals are available.

When you reset your device, does it respond? Do you have to use a "hold up" reset to get it to go again?

I have one more problem, I am not able to do remote debugging on the device
even with a simple "Hello world" project. Codewarrior is not able to connect
to the device.

To debug to the Tungsten T, you need to upgrade to CodeWarrior for Palm OS V9.
