When I build the hardware that accompanies this I *will* be more observant, I
just know it. The *underlying* problem of course is that I never really
mastered MAKE. It's like a tax return, you kind of think you know what goes
in it and then hope for the best.
The result of your informative response is that I now have the ability to
debug *properly* using DDD. It does complain about crt0.c not being available
but hey, who cares. I am one (relatively) happy big-eared bouncing
mixamatosis carrier.
