I won't blame the book for that. I put that in there from looking at
the quick ref in the back of the book. My thinking was that I needed to
delete the form myself in order to fix the memory leaks. The book
hasn't been too clear yet on program cleanup, and I didn't like having
Pose tell me that I had leaks. I didn't plan on the leaks coming from
the library routines (as seems to be the case from Keith and Oliver's
comments).
I'll go see if I can grab a new ROM image to test against to make sure
that the leaks go away. I will ultimatly need to run on the 3.5.2 OS
(since that is the version in my PDA), so I guess I'll have to accept
those leaks in my final testing. Don't like it, but I guess I can live
with it.
Thanks for the info on the cleanup steps. It will be a big help in my
understanding the process.
