Most often the system will look in the most recently opened resource database 
first (then progressively going backwards) when using resources.  This allows 
you to open a "datafile" resource database for things like graphics, and use 
fallbacks inside your application if nessicary.  Spiff.

As for code, using that is also quite simple!  Check out the plugin example in 
the online Knowledge Base... it's there - that's how I learned to make and 
use plugins.  Be aware that you'll add code to load/unload/manage these code 
segments... but the chunks of external code could be quite small...
