Use the Tungsten T simulator, available as part of the Palm Plugged-In program. (Note: this IS NOT the PalmSource developer program, but a separate dev program run by Palm Solutions Group.)

Is it possible to add five-way to the Emulator?

The Plugged-In program as a version of POSE for the Tungsten W, which also uses the 5-way navigator.
